AIKO A1.470 / A1.570 Aiko ha elevado de 670 W a 675 W la potencia en producción en serie de su módulo COMET 3N72 (AIKO-A-MDE72Mw), alcanzando una eficiencia superior al 25% sin modificar sus dimensiones. Esta mejora se ha logrado gra- cias a tres avances de ingeniería aplicados al diseño de célula y módulo. Aiko has pushed the mass pro- duction power output of its CO- MET 3N72 module (Aiko-A-MDE- 72Mw) from 670W to 675W, achieving a module efficiency of over 25%, with no change to mo- dule dimensions. This 5W gain is achieved through three targe- ted engineering improvements applied at cell and module level. Aiko developed a proprietary cell process specifically for its sil- ver-free ABC cells. The new pro- cess significantly reduces dama- ge to the passivation layer during cell manufacturing and minimi- zes passivation layer damage at the module assembly stage, re- sulting in a 3.5W power increase from this measure alone. Aiko also upgraded the an- ti-reflective coating fluid on the front glass, increasing trans- mittance from 94.4% to 94.6%, which translates directly into a 1.0W gain at module level. Finally, Aiko refined the grid pattern of its 0BB (zero busbar) cells using finite element analy- sis software, resulting in a fur- ther 0.5W power gain.
